Comfortable accommodations are available at the conference site: Windermere Manor (www.windermeremanor.com). All rooms include refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee makers, hair dryers, cable television and High-Speed internet. Laundry service is available and parking is free to all its guests. Child care can be made by arrangement. The nightly discounted conference rate for a single room is $89 and a suite is $99, single or double occupancy. These rates do not include taxes. Note that some suites have two double beds and all suites in the non-smoking section contain a sofa that pulls out to a twin bed. You will only be able to make your reservation after we confirm your registration and send you a registration number. You can then book your room at reservations@windermeremanor.com. You must mention that you are registered for this conference and give them your registration number in order to book your room and receive the conference room rate. The discounted nightly room rate is available only for reservations made before October 1.
