In the current economy a degree in History may seem like a luxury, but in reality it provides strong foundations for a flexible career in a rapidly changing world. History graduates are trained to have strong research skills, and the ability to read, digest, and utilize large quantities of information quickly, accurately and effectively. These skills are valuable in a wide variety of careers, and are only enhanced by the broad context and understanding a History degree provides. Our graduates have gone on to use their History skills in a wide variety of fields, and we are excited to showcase what they have done.
We are always looking for what our alumni have been up to since they have graduated, so if you are interested in participating in this feature, either the Alumni of the Month or the Letters from Alumni, please contact the Undergraduate Chair, Nancy Rhoden at email@example.com.
