She graduated from Western University in 2016 with a BA (Honours) in History, and in 2017 with an MA in History.

Rachel is currently the Vice President, Operations at The Mosaic Institute. She is also an Associate at N Jalal Global Consulting and a Professor (Part-Time), Fanshawe College.
She graduated from Western University in 2011 with a BA (Honours) in International Relations and in 2013 from the University of Toronto Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy with a Master of Global Affairs.
