Combining the best of wealth and childbearing, this print shows a mother holding an infant son, while another boy – probably the mythological figure known as ‘wealth bringing lad’ (zhaocai tongzi) pushes a wheelbarrow laden with treasure.
The print would likely have had a partner, although it has gone missing.
